Characteristics: One of an earthy nature. The tendency to be placid is common. It's a great time for relaxation and ease. Wonderful to indulge in sensual delights (smells, touch, sights, sounds, nature). Have your favorite comfort foods. Time for practical matters, not great for sudden changes. Continue or finish projects started. Be aware of stubbornness though.
Physical Affects: neck, jaw and thyroid gland (flow prana there)
Breath Focus: Diaphramic breathing to bring energy low and grounded.. 'feel' the breath deep.
Description of Flow: Organic, slow, simmering, nurturing, ease
Chakra Focus: Muladhara, 1st, base of the spine. groundedness, stability, health in the physical body, family circle... get rooted.
