Breath Focus: Cooling pursed-lipped breathing or a gentle Ujjayi (ocean-sounding) breath.  You can begin with seated left-nostril breath.

Description of Flow:  Energetic, active, and challenging.  Balanced with internal cooling rivers flowing... eyes soft and receptive.

Chakra Focus:  3rd, Manipura (lustrous gem).  Fire element, located above the navel in the solar plexus.  Courage, will power, facing your fears.
