Characteristics:  It's a fun, uplifting period.  People are often open to sharing ideas and thoughts, especially ones that are innovative, fostering human progress and growth.  Excellent time for group activities (a yoga class : ), conferences, social networking and humanitarian pursuits.  This moon brings the liberation of understanding.  You can detach from old emotional patterns.  People are operating form the intellectual rather than emotional and will search for the freedom to express personal thoughts and uniqueness.  The UNconventional is attractive.

Physical Sensitivity:  The ankles, circulatory and nervous systems are all affected and should be cared for during this time.

Breath Focus:  Pull-down breath, or breath of fire is great.   Add some kundalini twists.
